We hope you have a pleasant experience with your purchases, as we are committed to offering our customers the finest cosmetics products available. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

To ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers, we are unable to assist with returns or exchange after 7 days. We can only return or exchange sealed products.
Refunds : We issue refunds once the product is received.
Exchange : We will exchange once the product is received. EdgeU USA will ship out the exchanged products at no additional cost.
*Please note, you will need to bear the return/exchange shipping charges, while your original shipping charges will not be refunded.
How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to be reflected on your statement.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
We're very sorry about that. If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, please contact us at email@example.com and we’ll get you the EDGEU you ordered!
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
We are very sorry about that. We do our best to make sure your orders are well packaged and securely sealed. If the product arrives damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org along with a photo of the defective item within 7 days.
What if I have an allergic reaction?
We are very sorry about that. In case of an allergic reaction, please contact us within 7 days. We will provide the RMA Tag / Number and return products with RMA Tag about initial purchase.
Can I return a product I bought from a third party marketplace?
We’re only able to guarantee the authenticity of products purchased on www.edgeuusa.com. We’re not able to process returns, exchanges or assist with orders otherwise.
What if my coupon code did not apply?
If the coupon code didn’t apply to your online purchase, we will refund the discounted amount of the price. Coupon codes cannot be used twice. Only refundable from the subtotal amount.
What if my package is lost or missing?
We do not cover the missing or lost items once handed over to third party shippers. Please make sure to select USPS signature confirmation so your package can securely arrive.
What if my package was returned to sender?
If UPS or Postal Service returns your package because an incorrect address was given, an additional shipping charge will be applied to deliver it to the correct address.
