DAMAGED/ DEFECTIVE ITEMS / WRONG ITEMS

 

We do our best to make sure your orders are well packaged and securely sealed.  If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, please email info@edgeuusa.com along with a photo of defective item within 7 days.


If customer wants refund / exchange: We will provide RMA Number and prepaid label. Once, order is received we will issue refund or exchange items.

ALLERGIC REACTION

In case of Allergic Reaction, please contact within 7 days. We will provide the RMA Tag / Number and return products with RMA Tag about initial purchase.

Refund : We will refund once product is received. Customer is responsible for paying shipping expense.

Exchange : We will exchange once product is received. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping expense and EdgeU USA will ship products at no additional cost. 


** Please make sure we do not offer exchange or refund with the same product as initial purchase when communicate with customer.  


COMPLEXION EXCHANGE  / COLOR MATCH WITH WEBSITE

If product purchased on edgeuusa.com is not a perfect match, contact us within 7 days of purchase.Customer is responsible for paying return shipping expense and EdgeU USA will ship product at no additional cost.


Please contact EdgeU USA Customer Service at 213-514-5888 or email at info@edgeuusa.com. Our makeup artists will help you select the perfect shade or refund your purchase.

Send the product back to us once you obtain RMA# from our customer service department.

Print the label with RMA# from your email and carefully pack items into the box. 

Take the package to any shipping company location or request a pickup

Upon our receipt, we will ship the predetermined replacement shade to the original shipment delivery address with free shipping.


** Please make sure we do not offer exchange or refund with the same product as initial purchase when communicate with customer.  


REFUND COUPON CODE

If the coupon code didn’t apply to online purchase, we will refund discounted amount of the price, the coupon code can not be used twice. Only refundable from subtotal amount. No issue RMA#. (excluding tax, shipping fee).



INTERNATIONAL RETURN (Handle case by case)

If you wish to return, please immediately contact to EdgeU USA at 213-514-5888or info@edgeuusa.com. Upon a return case, we can offer return and exchange. 


Any duty charged by customs is receiver’s responsibility. EdgeU USA will not re-imburse the 

duty paid or charges created at the customs.

 

LOST / MISSING ITEMS

We do not cover the missing or lost items due to delivery company. Please make sure to check USPS signature confirmation if the item securely arrive. 


PACKAGES RETURNED TO US:

If UPS or Postal Service returns your package to us because you gave an incorrect address. Additional shipping charge will apply to deliver to correct address 


FAIL TO DELIVER FOR SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION

Packages returned to us because they were not picked up:

If your package is sent “signature confirmation” and you fail to pick it up at UPS location, please contact us at 213-514-5888 or info@edgeuusa.com


Only products purchased from www.edgeuusa.com will be accepted for return or exchange.



Trade show retail purchase will take care of it same as online order.
